# About Raff — Raffkutub bookstore marketplace

## A marketplace for readers and independent bookstores

Raff is an Arabic-first marketplace for finding books offered by local bookstores in Oman. It brings book discovery and seller comparison into one place. Readers can search by book title, author, or ISBN, explore categories and new arrivals, and open a book page to see offers from the bookstores that sell that title.

A book is represented as a title with bookstore offers, rather than as a separate discovery page for every seller. Readers compare prices and availability and choose who they buy from. The bookstore remains the seller and is responsible for listing accuracy, stock, and fulfilment.

## From discovery to an order

Select a bookstore offer, review your cart, and check the delivery method, charges, and payment instructions before confirming. Purchases from different bookstores are handled as separate orders. Availability is subject to seller confirmation. Readers can use their account to view orders and manage saved delivery addresses. Bookstores can use Raff to list books and manage their operations.

For order help, start with the selected bookstore using the contact details in your order. Our privacy, terms, and delivery and returns pages explain the responsibilities of Raff, bookstores, and buyers. Legal-entity and commercial-registration details will be published once registration is finalised, as stated in the existing platform policies.
