Help with an order
For questions about a book, stock, delivery, payment instructions, or a return, start with the bookstore you selected. Open your order details from your account and use the seller contact information shown there. Include the order reference and a concise description of the issue so the bookstore can identify the purchase. A cart with offers from different bookstores creates separate orders, so check which bookstore is responsible for the item.
For a return or refund, read the delivery and returns policy and use the help options available in your order. Keep your purchase confirmation and any relevant photographs. Never send a password, password recovery link, full payment-card details, or unnecessary personal information in a support message.
